  Newly built country cottage nestling in a quiet country setting with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. A deposit of €100 and completed reservation form is required to secure reservation. The deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation.

2. The balance of total amount is due 6 weeks before commencement of stay. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival date, full payment is required at time of booking.

3. The cottage may be occupied from 5pm on the date of arrival until 10.30am on the date of departure. If you plan to arrive late, please let the proprietors know in advance.

4. The cottage and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

5. The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded, without the proprietors permission.

6. Bed linen is supplied free of charge. Towels are not supplied.

7. Occupants of the cottage are responsible for any breakages or damage to accommodation contents.

8. The proprietors may at all reasonable times, visit the cottage.

9. Strictly no pets.

10. Service - please notify the proprietors immediately, of any shortcomings in your cottage so that it can be remedied.

11. Electricity and Oil are charged at the current rate per unit.
